ON-LINE ANALYTICAL PROCESSING (OLAP) ON NETWORKS

Abstract
We propose a framework for efficient OLAP on networks with a focus on the most interesting kind, the topological OLAP (called “T- OLAP”), which incurs topological changes in the underlying networks. Topological OLAP operations generate new networks from the original ones by rolling up a subset of nodes chosen by certain constraint criteria. The key challenge is to efficiently compute measures for the newly generated networks and handle user queries with varied constraints. The effective computational techniques, Topological-Distributiveness is proposed to achieve efficient query processing and cube materialization. We also provide a Topological OLAP query processing framework into which this technique is weaved.

Energy Efficient, Multi-hop Routing scheme, within Network Aggregation for WSN
This paper introduces an energy efficient, multi-hop routing scheme, with in-network aggregation. The technique uses clustering as the base of our algorithm. Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) is implemented over clustering...
Comparison of Symmetric and Asymmetric Cryptography with Existing Vulnerabilities and Countermeasures
Internet and networks application are growing very fast, so the need to protect such application are increased by using cryptographic methods. The two widely accepted and used cryptographic methods are symmetric and asym...
Performance Analysis of FMCW Sub Surface Penetrating Radar
This paper explains a approach towards the implementation of a frequency modulated continuous wave (FMCW) standard system in Advanced Design System (ADS) software for Sub surface penetrating radar (SSPR). For performing...
A Recovery Method for Greedy Routing Protocols in Web Communications
Greedy Perimeter Stateless Routing (GPSR) protocol is an appropriate and the most well-known routing protocol for high mobile vehicular ad-hoc networks. The protocol includes two routing modes, the greedy mode and the re...
Effect of Line-Width Variation in Radio over Fiber System Based On Optical Single Side Band for Short Haul Communication
Carrier to Noise Ratio (CNR) has been investigated for radio over fiber systems including the effects of variation in the RF oscillator linewidth in this paper. Optical Single sideband signal is studied as it has tolera...
