On some problematic issues of the Ukrainian Prosecutor’s Office in the field of crime prevention

Abstract
As the results of the study of doctrinal sources and law enforcement practice show, today, in the society, is different in the way both to the assessment of the activity of the prosecutor’s office of Ukraine, and to its role and place in the mechanism of the state. In the article the analysis of scientific developments and the abovementioned research subjects defined by narrow and lesser known activities of prosecutors and formulated the basic ways of scientific support operation of the public body.
