ON THE CHARACTERISTICS OF LEVELS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF SOCIAL PROTECTION OF STAFF OF THE STATE ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AND PRIVATE PERFORMERS

Abstract
In the article, on the basis of analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, a certain level of legal regulation of social protection of employees of the state executive service and private executors is defined and given. It is determined that the law is an official document adopted by the competent authority of the state in accordance with the established procedure, which defines the most important, fundamental substantive and procedural-procedural aspects of ensuring social protection of employees of the state executive service and private performers, taking into account socially recognized in the state and society values and standards, existing needs and opportunities have been achieved at the level of socio-economic development. It is emphasized that local regulatory acts are intended for regulation of labor relations and relations closely connected with them within the limits of certain enterprise, institution and organization. These include a collective agreement, the rules of internal labor regulations, vacation schedules, schedules of variability, orders, etc. It is revealed that local regulatory as a means of legal regulation of social protection applies only to employees of the state executive service, since they are adopted and implemented in the sphere of relations between the employer and employees. It was concluded that in Ukraine a complex, multi-level system of legal regulation of social protection of employees of the state executive service and private performers was introduced, functioning of which is carried out in several vectors, in order to ensure proper social and economic support of these subjects, as in the normal conditions of their implementation. professional activity, and in case of occurrence of corresponding situations in which the state and (or) private executor, persons who are in its maintenance, become social very vulnerable.
