ON THE DEFINITION OF THE CONCEPT OF «ACQUISITIVE PRESCRIPTION» FOR REAL ESTATE UNDER THE CIVIL LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The article is devoted to the research of topical issues of theoretical and law enforcement nature, related to the legal regulation of the acquisition of ownership of property on acquisitive prescription. At the same time, the definition of acquisitive prescription is given. Peculiarities of acquisition of ownership of real estate are investigated in the general context of the exercise of rights, which include ownership and ownership of another’s property.
