ON THE DETERMINATION OF THE CONCEPT AND THE ESSENCE OF THE CORPORATE CONTROL

Abstract
The article examines the doctrinal definitions of the concept of corporate control and suggests an understanding of corporate control as the primary prerequisite for the corporate management. So the corporate control may be regarded as an actual or potential impact of a participant or a group of participants on the corporate company and its economic activities. The corporate control’s ground is a range of legal powers of somebody’s subjective corporate right to participate in the management of the corporate company’s affairs depending on the size of the corporate share or the number of corporate shares owned by the person.
