On The Effect of Electron-Hole Recombination in Disordered GaAs-Aa1-xALAs Multi-quantum Well Structure
Journal Title: International Journal of Fundamental Physical Sciences - Year 2012, Vol 2, Issue 4
Abstract
The disordered electron-hole recombination in multi-quantum well was investigated using analytical method based on the rate equations. The results show extreme broad distribution of the recombination time which depends exponentially on the distances between the recombining excitons. The energies at each localised state shows an energy splitting between the electronic ground state and the first excited state of 0.0038eV.

The Beginning Impulsive of Solar Burst Type IV Radio Emission Detection Associated with M Type Solar Flare
First light detection of solar burst type IV in Malaysia in the region of 260 MHz till 380 MHz has been successfully detected on 5th March 2012. This significant solar burst variation is associated with solar flare type...
Behavior of elliptical objects in general theory of relativity
The simplest solution of Einstein's field equations is Schwarzschild solution. This solution is not able to describe for any nonspherical shaped objects. Some stars and galaxies are in ellipsoidal. Consequently, the grav...
Interactions Between Real and Virtual Space times
Here arise the problems of modern physics that theories at the quantum scales have been discontinued. Therefore we should pass through the quantum scales and review phenomena at the sub-quantum levels. The question is wh...
Improved Stability of 4H Sic-MOS Devices after Phosphorous Passivation with Etching Process
Phosphorous passivation of the interface (4H-SiC/SiO2) improves interface trap density (Dit) from 1013 eV-1cm-2 to 2×1012eV-1cm-2 at 0.2eV below the conduction band edge of 4H-SiC. Due to the formation of phosphosilicate...
Suppressed Fluctuation In The Gabaergic Signaling: Mathematical Modeling Of The Neurotransmitter
The chemistry of the gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) had been established. However, the explanation on the interplay between GABA receptors antagonizes fundamental concept of the GABAergic Signaling. For example, glutamat...
