On the effectiveness of using funds received from taxpayers

Abstract

This article is devoted to the issue of taxpayer`s right to control the effective usage of budget funds and to file a group lawsuit as a tool of implementing such a right. The article highlights the main types of group lawsuits in different countries and the possibility of filing a group lawsuit in financial sphere.
