Content of the types of administrative discretion of the subjects of public administration: practical aspect of differentiation

Abstract
The article gives an overview of the category of ‘types of administrative discretion of the subjects of public administration’. The author identifies the main types of administrative discretion. The article highlights the content of the types of administrative discretion through the practical application of existing legislation. It is concluded that the establishment the powers of the subjects of public administration with legislative regulations does not guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the implementation of such powers in practice.
