The content of stages of administrative procedure in the sphere of immigration in the form of executing invitations by natural and legal persons

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to highlighting the peculiarities of implementing the stages of the administrative procedure in the field of immigration. The stages of the administrative procedure for registration of invitations by physical and legal persons are described. The proposed options for protecting the “invitation” document are the following proposals: from time to time (for example, every six months) to change the samples of the document (form, color); apply this kind of protection as embossing the emblem of the state; to change the stamp; apply watermarks. It is advisable to consolidate these proposals in acts for official use, which regulate the order of protection of documents of strict accountability.
