Insignificance of the acts in the history of criminal law of Ukraine

Abstract
The article investigates the history of insignificant offense in the criminal law. It was established that there were no acts of little significance in pre-revolutionary criminal law. The concept of insignificance acts occurred in the Soviet criminal law. First, there has been a procedural act insignificance value, and then it said the concept was perceived by criminal law.
