Restrictions on the ownership rights to land plots of various categories of land

Abstract
The article deals with issues related to restrictions on the exercise of ownership of land plots of various categories of land. The approaches which are contained in the science of land law concerning the concept of «legal regime of lands» are analyzed. The author focuses attention on the concept of «subjective right to ownership of land» and its features and content. The peculiarities of restrictions in the exercise of property rights, established for each category of land, are considered.
