Subjects providing advice to the court during the consideration and resolution of a case: problematic issues of definition and legislative consolidation

Abstract
The article is devoted to the clarification of certain provisions regarding the legal status of the entities providing counseling assistance to the court; drawing on this basis conclusions regarding the distinction between the respective procedural statuses; outline of the directions for making changes in the existing civil procedural legislation.
