Features of legal regulation religious relations in Belarus and Moldova

Abstract
The analysis of the theoretical positions and normative-legal regulation concerning the basis and principles of organization religious relations in Belarus and Moldova is made; also it was determined its essence, main features and significance, as well as substantiated priority directions of improving legal regulation of religious relations in Ukraine.
