The state of scientific development of the financial and legal regulation of the administration of customs payments in Ukraine

Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of financial and legal regulation of the administration of customs payments in Ukraine. The scientific researches aimed at the problems of financial and legal regulation of the administration of customs payments are considered. Taking in account the purpose, objects, subject and scientific novelty of the research, the main results obtained by the national scientists during the writing of the dissertation works are generalized. It was stated that the financial legal regulation of the administration of customs payments was not investigated and the development of this problem is at an initial stage. Unresolved issues and directions for further scientific research were identified.
