Methodological principles of determining the features of entity head’s legal status in the context of labor legislation reforming

Abstract
The article analyzes the features of legal regulation of legal entity head’s labor. A number of methodological problems in this field have been disclosed, this problems caused by intense process of elevation of scientific knowledge in the context of innovation development and introduction of new types of business entities. In the article the attention has been paid to the need for legal reform of labor laws and to the defining the role and place of the head of legal entity. It’s proved that the completeness and efficiency of his labor capacity and the legal support for his activities are the priority not only at a particular enterprise (institution, organization), but the state as a whole.
