On the issue of codification as a way to systematize departmental normative acts

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the normative competence of the ministries and other central executive bodies, as well as the study of the systematization and codification of legislation, the article clarifies the admissibility of codification as a way to systematize departmental legal acts.
