On the issue of principles organizations and legal regulation of attestation of workers

Abstract
The article deals with the principles attestation of which is considered as assumptions and theoretical ideas that define the tasks, functions, mechanisms of certification. A legislate following the principles of the system of legal regulation of attestation of: a) legality attestation of; b) frequency (systematic); c) transparency; d) the objectivity of the evaluation; e) collective assessment; f) the complexity of the assessment; g) validity of assessment; h) certainty requirements; h) differentiation requirements; s) presumption of conformity with the employee’s position or work; j) efficiency attestation of.
