Abstract
In the article the question of the legitimate aim of granting to the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine the right to receive information containing personal data (in the sense of Part 2 of Art. 32 of the Constitution of Ukraine) was researched, and the possibility of achieving the legitimate aim of interfering in a person’s private life on the basis of the provisions of point 1 of paragraph 40 of Section VI “Final and Transitional Provisions” of the Budget Code by disproportionate means (in the understanding of Part 2 of Art. 32 of the Constitution).
