ON THE ISSUE OF THE CONCEPT AND FEATURES OF HOUSING AND COMMUNAL SERVICES

Abstract
The article deals with the concept of housing and communal services offered by different scientists. Stand out features that appear in these definitions. Analyzed how common features with which most authors agree and features for which scientists have not agreed and are significantly different in definitions. Based on research features offered author’s definition of the proposed concept.
