SOCIO-LEGAL MODEL OF DECISION-MAKING IN LOCAL SELF-GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article examines the social and legal models of decision-making process in local government as a set of social and legal models of informational interaction of local self-government subjects. The social model was improved, which now can be a methodological basis for analyzing all relationships in the legal model of informational interaction.
