ON THE MOTIVATION OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL DECISIONS

Abstract
The article is dedicated to the issue of essence of motivation of criminal procedure decisions. There is an offer to consider motivation in statics and in dynamics. As a resuld of that is motivated procedural decision. The system-forming elements of motivation of decision are actual, legal and ethical basis and motives of a decision.
