On the question of the subjective composition of the joint partial ownership of the land plot

Abstract
The article is sanctified to the problem and features of the subject of joint partial ownership of the land plot. Comparative characteristics of the subjects of the right of joint partial ownership. Procedure for the association of land plots. The general list of subjects of land relations is defined in Article 2 of the Land Code of Ukraine. It includes: citizens, legal entities, local self-government bodies and state authorities. At the same time, the analysis shows that other subjects of the land relations can act. Subjective composition of joint ownership of a land plot is defined in part 2 of Article 86 of the Land Code of Ukraine: At the same time, it should be borne in mind that Article 89 of the Land Code establishes the subject matter of joint property, the land may belong to the right of joint ownership only to citizens, unless otherwise provided by law.
