The limitation of property right in accordance with Article 1 of the First Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of the features of the property rights’ restriction in accordance with Article 1 of the First Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. The practice of the European Court of Human Rights regarding the grounds for abridgement property rights is studied. There is concluded in the article on the basis of the national legislation analysis about the correspondence of the last to provisions of Article 1 of the First Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
