ONYMS AS THE MOTIVATOR OF UNDEFINED NUMBER FUNCTION (on the basis of modern ukrainian literary speech)

Abstract
The author analyzes the features of functioning in the modern Ukrainian literary discourse metaphorized proper names and formally deonomized common nouns as operators of specific uncountable quantities at irreducible quantitative nominal compounds N1, N2 (metaphorical quantitative-genetic binary oppositions). He studies the system of speech patterns of different language groups such vocabulary that allows them entry signs situational, occasional of quantitative. This problem is studied by various scientists in areas of functional-semantic field, For example, V. Vovk and C. Shvachko, in the Russian and German languages, L. Akulenko in Russian and German studied metaphorical quantitative nominative compound made on the value assessment (N1N2). The article refers to research on the material of Ukrainian, Russian and English languages of metaphorical quantitative nominative compound made on the value assessment in the studies of, in the Ukrainian literary speech, such research was based on studying of different structures in the works of O. Bonecka, C. Gorodenska, A. Zagnitko, Z. Mytay, O. Semenenko.
