Operacja Moschcowitza jako metoda terapeutyczna w przypadku enterocoele

Abstract
W pracy przedstawiono przypadek jatrogennego enterocoele u pacjentki, która przed 3 laty przebyła operację Donalda-Fothergilla z plastyką przednią pochwy oraz plastyką tylną krocza z powodu wypadania narządu rodnego. Celem zamknięcia zatoki Douglasa wykonano operację Moschcowitza, uzyskując pożądany efekt. Od operacji enterocoele upłynęły 4 tyg. Pacjentka czuje się dobrze, nie zgłasza żadnych dolegliwości. W badaniu ginekologicznym nie stwierdza się nawrotu obniżenia pochwy.
