Opinia prawna w sprawie dopuszczalności składania petycji przez jednostki samorządu terytorialnego

Abstract
According to Article 63 of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland and the Act on Petitions local self-government units and their authorities are not authorized to submit petitions to the Sejm. However, the provisions do not exclude such a situation where persons who discharge a public function in authorities of local self-government units submit individual or collective petitions.
