OPPORTUNITIES FOR PREPARING FUTURE EDUCATORS FOR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY BASED ON GENDER APPROACH

Abstract
This article analyzes strategies for preparing future educators for professional activities based on a gender approach. The issues of gender equality and diversification are of great importance in the education system, which indicates the need to take into account the gender approach in the process of improving the qualifications of educators. The article presents ideas on the role of the gender approach in education, the integration of gender issues in the training of future educators and their application in pedagogical activities. The article also suggests solutions to gender problems and emphasizes the importance of the gender approach in the effective organization of the professional activities of educators.
