Abstract
In modern manufacturing is used more than 50 thousand chemical compounds, most of which are synthesized by man and not found in nature. The concept of toxicity (toxicity) means the measure of incompatibility of a substance with life, and is determined by the reciprocal of LD50 (CL50), i.e. in natural conditions the possibility of poisoning depends not only on toxicity but also on other factors, the combined term "hazard poisonous (toxic) substances". These include the area of acute toxic action of the substance, the volatility and persistence of the chemical, its water and jirorastvorimogo [1]. Thus, the inhalation hazard of harmful gases is greater than the higher volatility of these gases and less than toxodon. Dose - (from the Greek dosis - serving) the exact amount of the substance. Concentration - the ratio of the amount of a substance to the volume of the mixture solution. The magnitude of the threshold concentrations are of great importance for the establishment of the MPC (maximum permissible concentration), i.e. such concentrations that the action on the body indefinitely long time does not cause a running any deviation from the normal condition or disease, detectable by modern methods of research [2]. Lethal doses are determined by experiments on animals. In experimental toxicology often use median lethal dose (LD50) or concentration of the poison (CL50) which kills 50 % of experimental animals. If there is 100 % probability their death, then this dose or concentration is denoted as the absolute lethal (DL100 and CL100). In this experiment studied the median lethal dose polysulfide-thiosulfate reagent on experimental animals.
