Optimal control problem for systems governed by nonlinear parabolic equations without initial conditions
Journal Title: Карпатські математичні публікації - Year 2016, Vol 8, Issue 1
Abstract
An optimal control problem for systems described by Fourier problem for nonlinear parabolic equations is studied. Control functions occur in the coefficients of the state equations. The existence of the optimal control in the case of final observation is proved.

Periodic words connected with the Fibonacci words
In this paper we introduce two families of periodic words (FLP-words of type 1 and FLP-words of type 2) that are connected with the Fibonacci words and investigated their properties.
Green-Rvachev's quasi-function method for constructing two-sided approximations to positive solution of nonlinear boundary value problems
A homogeneous Dirichlet problem for a semilinear elliptic equations with the Laplace operator and Helmholtz operator is investigated. To construct the two-sided approximations to a positive solution of this boundary valu...
The structure of solutions of the matrix linear unilateral polynomial equation with two variables
We investigate the structure of solutions of the matrix linear polynomial equation $A(\lambda)X(\lambda)+B(\lambda)Y(\lambda)=C(\lambda),$\ in particular, possible degrees of the solutions. The solving of this equation...
Index of pseudo-projectively-symmetric semi-Riemannian manifolds
The index of ˜∇-pseudo-projectively symmetric and in particular for ˜∇-projectively symmetric semi-Riemannian manifolds, where ˜∇ is Ricci symmetric metric connection, are discussed.
Some properties of branched continued fractions of special form
The fact that the values of the approximates of the positive definite branched continued fraction of special form are all in a certain circle is established for the certain conditions. The uniform convergence of branched...
