Abstract
Perforation cases top of a maxillary bosom, especially during removal of 16,26 teeth has in recent years become frequent. Top of a maxillary bosom anatomic the locating of roots 14, 15, 16, 17 24, 25, 26,27 teeth in top to a maxillary bosom and near it, the wrong tactics or the shortage of experience of the doctor are the reason of perforation at excision of above-mentioned teeth.
