Optimization methods and models of cash flow management at enterprise

Abstract
The article defines certain conceptual approaches in relation to strategic development of investment activity of enterprises at regional level. The methods of money streams optimization are considered. The models of cash management of foreign authors with the purpose of application them in practice of domestic enterprises are analyzed. Their disadvantages and advantages are discovered, that gives possibility to estimate the investment attractiveness of projects, and also to make financial decisions on the current cycle of enterprise management. У статті визначено концептуальні підходи щодо стратегічного розвитку інвестиційної діяльності підприємств на регіональному рівні. Розглянуто методи оптимізації грошових потоків. Проаналізовано зарубіжні моделі управління грошовими коштами з метою застосування їх в практиці вітчизняних підприємств. Виявлено їх недоліки та переваги, що дозволяє оцінити інвестиційну привабливість проектів, а також ухвалити фінансові рішення щодо управління поточним циклом підприємства.
