OPTIMIZATION OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN A MODERN BUSINESS STRUCTURE

Abstract
The article deals with the common systems of personnel management, an analysis of their functional capabilities and purpose. It is established that optimization of the personnel management system in the modern business structure is possible through the introduction of automated control systems (ACS). In particular, the most widespread domestic personal automation system is “BOSS-Kadrovik”, which is developed and successfully promoted by “AiTi” company. Also, the software complex “AIT: Personnel Management” is created on a modular basis and consists of the following modules: wages; personnel accounting; timekeeping; personalized retirement account; system configuration; registration of collective and brigade works. In addition, the ASC will offer an HR management system for TRIM-Personnel.
