OPTIMIZATION OF PROFESSIONAL PROCEEDINGS ON CRIMINAL LEGAL EXECUTIVES RELATED TO TERRORISM

Abstract
The article analyzes the legislative, procedural, and organizational problems of criminal offenses connected with terrorism, their objective and subjective features are determined. The attention was paid to the improvement of the legal framework and the elimination of conflicts in the rules of material, procedural and special legislation. The measures for elimination of counteraction to investigations and interaction of law enforcement bodies in the investigation of socially dangerous acts with terrorist manifestations are proposed.
