SOME ISSUES OF FINANCIAL MONITORING

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue of money laundering prevention. The attention was paid to the issue of international cooperation in the area of combating money laundering. Some aspects of legal regulation of financial monitoring, as well as judicial practice, are investigated in the article.
