OPTIMIZATION OF THE PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article determines the relevance and characterizes the main issues of the personnel development of the enterprise in modern economic conditions. A typical program of personnel development of the enterprise is developed. Practical recommendations for optimizing the personnel development program using PERT method are provided.
