Optimization of the Process of Learning Foreign Language by Means of Information and Communication Technologies

Abstract
The article defines the problem of the use of information and communication technologies in order to optimize the process of teaching students of higher educational institutions of a foreign language. It determines pedagogical conditions for the effective use of information and communication technologies. The article reveals the didactic potential of information and communication technologies.
