The “act” and “action” terms in the jural terminology

Abstract
The article is devoted to the “act” and “action” terms, which are attested in the lexical and jural sources study. There functional pecularities of these ones in the contemporary mass-media speech examined as well. Also the practicability of the “act” and “action” terms usage in the modern juridical practice are argued.
