Abstract
В статье проанализирован опыт стран Восточного партнерства, в частности Молдовы и Грузии, по правовому обеспечению в сфере информационной безопасности. Обосновывается целесообразность изучения и использования опыта в сфере информационной безопасности в целях совершенствования правового обеспечения соответствующих отношений в Украине.
