ORDER OF ADOPTION AND PROCLAMATION OF COURT DECISIONS IN CASES OF A SPECIAL PROCEEDING

Abstract
The scientific article examines the procedure for the adoption and proclamation of court decisions in cases of special proceeding. It is concluded that court decisions are adopted and declared in cases of special proceeding in accordance with the general rules established by the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, with certain exceptions and additions. It has been established that the peculiarities of the adoption and proclamation of court decisions are related to the fact that in certain categories of cases separate proceedings: the court adopts decisions in the composition of one judge and two jurors; during the adoption of the court decision, along with a list of issues stipulated in Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine, in addition, court should resolve a number of issues stipulated by special regulations; the legislator envisages the possibility of canceling the decision by the court that adopted it.
