CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ILLEGAL ABORTION IN LEGISLATION OF ASIAN STATES: COMPARATIVE AND LEGAL ANALYSIS

Abstract
The article is devoted to issues of comparative and legal analysis of provisions of criminal law of some Asian States in the context of illegal abortion. The international experience of regulation of issues of criminal responsibility in this field is not researched enough. Special emphasis is on provisions, which are related with possibilities of prosecution of pregnant woman for abortion by herself and for assistance to her by other persons. Special feature of a lot of criminal laws is special norms, which are including the description of the composition of the criminal actions are committed by representatives of medical personnel. Also the important element of the composition of the crime is presence or absence of women for abortion.
