THE SUBJECTS OF PREVENTION OF HOOLIGAN ACTS COMMITED BY CHILDREN

Abstract
The article is devoted to preventing hooligan acts committed by children. The concept of preventing hooligan acts committed by children and the subjects of preventing such an act is revealed. The measures taken by the subjects of preventing hooligan acts are analyzed. An analysis of legal literature, on subjects of child crime prevention, is underway. The organizational and legal mechanism of the work of the subjects of preventing hooligan acts committed by children is revealed. The necessity of borrowing foreign practice in preventing hooligan acts was substantiated.
