Organisational culture and organisational change course – research review

Abstract
The aim of this article is to answer the question on the relation between organisational culture and organisational change course and to present review of up-to-date research in that field. To gain the mentioned aim secondary data research was applied. The considered secondary data sources mainly consist of results of diverse research on phenomena related to organisational change. To present the background of conducted analysis a trial of reconstruction of main paradigms in research on organizational culture and organizational change and their theoretical basis was undertaken. Presented research results prove mean-ingful diversity of research perspectives on relations between organisational culture and organisational change. At the same time, domination of empirical research basing on functional theories considering social phenomena in formal organisations is clearly visible.
