Abstract
Запропоновано етапи запровадження обліку людського капіталу на підприємстві сфери послуг. З метою посилення інформативності обліку людського капіталу запропоновано формування номенклатури рахунків щодо інвестицій в розрізі категорій персоналу з подальшим віднесенням їх на рахунок 128 «Право на використання людського капіталу». Побудовано Технічну карту схеми руху інформації щодо людського капіталу в системі бухгалтерських рахунків
