Abstract
У статті розглянуто питання удосконалення методики аудиту нематеріальних активів, враховуючи їх концептуальні, сутнісні, функціональні та інші особливості. У статті розкрито поняття нематеріальних активів, критерії їх визнання та ідентифікації. Наведено методику аудиту нематеріальних активів та визначено її вплив на якість аудиту. Визначена інформаційна база, що використовується під час здійснення аудиту інтелектуальних активів, намічені завдання, які стоять перед аудитором під час перевірки нематеріальних активів.
