Abstract
Статья посвящена организационно-правовому обеспечению перевозок товаров и грузов на морском транспорте и значению в этих правоотношениях логистических провайдеров в процессе международной перевозки, в частности рассмотрены национальные нормативно-правовые акты, регулирующие данный вопрос, а также его международно-правовая регламентация. Проанализирована организация перевозок грузов на морском транспорте, в частности договор морских перевозок. Исследовали роль логистических провайдеров в процессе международной перевозки.
