Organization of private security companies of quick response teams

Abstract
Attention was focused on the need to study legal regulation of security activities, namely the activities of rapid response teams, private security companies, research and discussion of the organization of activities, to further improve the quality of security services, to eliminate shortcomings in the activities of rapid response teams, and to establish legal regulation of actions of employees in security companies. The features of the work of private security structures to ensure the security of individuals and protection of property rights are considered. To improve the quality of security services, we need to change qualification requirements like the police. High-quality training of security guards is a guarantee of professional provision of services in the field of protection. Normative-legal regulation of security activities involves a large range of activities in this direction. Work in the field of security services is becoming relevant. For the department of personnel provision of the structure of security agencies, it is necessary to prepare and introduce more severe qualification requirements for the recruitment of employees who will perform specific functions. All rules of the use of special means, the degree of physical influence, the regulation of the activities of individual departments which promote and play an equally important role in the provision of security services and security are defined
