Organization of researches the psychophysiological peculiarities of the cadets in high school

Abstract
The quality of training cadets in higher military educational institutions is affected both by the content, forms and methods of work, and the psychophysiological peculiarities of the trainees themselves. The need to take into account the psychophysiological state of future officers and the urgency of the problem becomes apparent in specialized training and in the performance of combat missions. The purpose of the article is to determine the criteria and indicators of the manifestation of the psychophysiological state of the cadets, and also to establish the simplest and most accessible methods for learning these peculiarities for registration while studying at higher military educational institutions. The essence of the concept of «psychophysiological state» has been considered. On the basis of the system approach the criteria and indicators of the psychophysiological state of the cadets have been characterized. Structural components include physical and mental health. Functional (internal) components include the main spheres of personality: the motivational sphere, the cognitive sphere, the affective sphere, the value sphere, and the behavioral sphere. Functional (external) components include social and natural factors. With the criteria and their indicators proposed by the author, it is possible to determine with a high degree of certainty the psychological type and psychophysiological peculiarities of the cadet's personality. The presented methods and features of their use for studying psychophysiological peculiarities of cadets: the method of express-diagnostics of the properties of the nervous system by psychomotor characteristics – the tapping-test (developed by E. Ilin); the method of the color test of Luscher, which provides an opportunity to accurately measure the psychological state, get an understanding of the sources of intrapersonal conflicts, which allows to build an adequate system of psychotherapeutic influences. Rationally selected methods and principles of working with cadets on the basis of identified psychophysiological peculiarities will increase cognitive interest and activity in learning, improve health, as well as contribute to the formation of personal and professional competencies of future officers.
