ORGANIZATION OF THE FORMATION PROCESS OF TEACHER’S READINESS FOR THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL MATURITY OF STUDENTS OF HIGHER AGRICULTURAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract
The article substantiates the concept of teachers' readiness to form social maturity of students. The practical aspects of organizing the formation of teachers' readiness for the formation of social maturity of students of higher agricultural educational institutions are highlighted. The basic requirements for its organization are defined. It is proved that the effectiveness of the process of formation of teachers' readiness for the formation of social maturity of students depends on the specially organized activity aimed at forming a high level of readiness of teachers for the formation of social maturity of students of higher agricultural educational institutions and oragogical and methodological support of the corresponding activity
