ORGANIZATION OF THE RATIONAL SYSTEM OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION DISTRIBUTION

Abstract
The article substantiates the necessity of optimizing the process of selling products by agrarian enterprises. Conditions for organizing a rational distribution system for agricultural products are identified. A system of distribution of a separate agro-enterprise is described. It is proved that the basis for constructing a rational distribution system of an agricultural enterprise should be the principle of management of sales results on the basis of a systematic and complete analysis of the efficiency of sales of agricultural products across all distribution channels used by the enterprise.
