ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT OF AVIAN ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The subject of the research in the article is the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the innovative development of aviation enterprises. The goal is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological support for managing the innovative development of an airline. The article proposes a strategic approach to describing the sequence of management of innovative development and structuring of factors that shape the focus of innovative strategies and affect the conditions for building up and realizing innovative potential.
